Since 2002 Adam has nurtured the growth and development of Crescent I.T., which has now merged with Orbitel.
A self-described perfectionist, Adam is committed to his clients and their end business. An avid geek and thoughtful leader, Adam has a passion for making a difference and gets a real buzz out of solving challenging problems. This flows through into Orbitel, where they are continually innovating and constantly improving what they do.
In his free time, you can find him on the tennis court with a glass of wine.
Before joining the family business Gemma spent all her professional life working in Real Estate. Originally from England she has worked with one of London’s market leaders.
Primarily responsible for new business sales, key account management and networking events. Gemma draws on her customer service experience to build strong, effective, and long-term relationships with clients. She also holds a BSc in Psychology & Forensic Biology.
Outside of the office, Gemma enjoys holidays with the family and aims to visit every winery in the state.
Business Development Manager
Stuart has come from managing a large Adelaide business, he thrived in building a great company culture focused on customer service and high quality offerings. Coming from a business finance background, Stuart also loves setting up structures, processes and systems to enables businesses to grow whilst still loving their customers.
Stuart is customer focused and responsible for ensuring the services offered are within the group’s capabilities, managing customer centric systems, offering added value to staff and customers.
When he’s not at work, Stuart loves to get away with his wife, spoil their Choccy lab Bailey and play as much sport as he can.
Jerome brings a wealth of experience from previous IT roles. He provides
enterprise level assistance to our customers and enjoys researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. He is 3CX Advanced Certified and loves resolving phone system problems.
Outside of work Jerome enjoys being active – currently he’s spending lots of time bouldering, practicing jiu jitsu, or running with his dog – Jynx.
Senior Support Engineer
Our helpful Support Engineer, Marcus, joined Orbitel in January 2021. With experience spanning eight years of technical and service desk support, Marcus manages Orbitel’s Service Delivery across a broad range of clients.
He has extensive knowledge of Networks, Fiber Optics and he brings a wealth of customer service skills to help our clients feel at ease when calling us.
Outside of work Marcus enjoys working with and building Laser Cutters, 3D Printers and can often be found out with his partner Sarah walking their dog Louie.
Jenny’s role is to provide guidance with Orbitel’s marketing and communications activities from a ‘non-geek’ point of view.
As a qualified PR professional, Jenny has managed events such as the Tour Down Under, Special Olympics and a Royal Visit.
Jenny’s aim for her time with Orbitel is to see the company recognised and rewarded for the outstandingly high customer service and attention to detail that they provide.
After hours, she enjoys reading, wine tasting and walking her Bernese Mountain Dog.
With 14 years’ experience of co-worker support, Jekyll is a purr-fect addition to the company. Ensuring increased productivity and greater overall happiness throughout the organisation, Jekyll’s ‘Open Door Policy’ means he is always available for hugs, hair-shed sharing and snack breaks.
In his spare time, you can find him anywhere warm and close to food.
